How do I stop obsessing about my friends band?

My three friends, (let's call them, Laura, Ross and Shawn) are in this band and they are freaking amazing!!!!! I have a slight crush on Shawn, so I get a little awkward when they talk to me. They played or our schools indie stage at our schools festival and I can't stop thinking about how amazing they were, HELP I need to study for an exam and I can't!!!!!!
