Old Town Pasadena, CA?

Hello! I live like 20 min away from Old Town Pasadena and I very much like it, but I'm getting a little bored of the usual stuff around here. I'd REALLY appreciate suggestions on new places I can visit around here! I'm willing to go two hours away to another town! I really just want to explore different things! I'm into cafes and art and music, preferably indie stuff. Also lots of shopping and even dining. PLEASE HELP ME! thank you (:
