Song I heard in American Eagle today?

Okay, I don't have much to offer in the way of description for this song, but here it goes. It has an upbeat Indie rockish type sound to it and at the end they may or may not say something about Los Angeles. Soundhound on my phone couldn't I.D. it after two tries, but I'm hoping someone here can offer some kind of hint. Thank you very much.
