How do we shrink Capitalism down to where we can drown it in a bathtub?

I don`t want to abolish Capitalism I simply want to shrink it down to the size where we can drag it into a bathroom and drown it in a bathtub. This is a quote from Libertarian Republican Grover Norquist before 911 only I changed the word government to Capitalism. Grover Norquist is a enemy combatant of the United Stated of America. I would not allow a communist in the 50s-80s to talk like that about the United States. Drown the US in a bathtub, how unpatriotic.
