How is Grover Norquist not a enemy of the United States of American?

Our fading generations are now the most dangerous problem we have in the US now. I think this guy is a enemy of the United States. If a company or group of people can cause problems in the economy government will try to save its people and spend so much that it will have to shrink itself aka cuts.
