Any modern-ish hairstyles for a male teenager with medium length hair?

Try what I've done for the past 8 years and just leave it alone, apart from washing it. Or the deliberately messed up but not so messed up that it's obviously faked look. Ideally i'd like the type of hair urahara kisuke has on bleach, but that only lasts for a short while after I've washed it :(
